AI MasterHub privacy notice
Your information, clearly explained.
When you join the AI MasterHub mailing list, we use your name and email address to create your subscriber profile and send the AI updates you asked to receive. The mailing list is free. You do not need an account.
What we send and store
Your name, email address, subscription status, and signup attribution are sent to Kit. Kit stores the subscriber profile, manages mailing list membership and unsubscribe requests, and delivers our emails. AI MasterHub does not keep a second subscriber database, a local consent record, or a delivery queue.
If a signup link includes a referral code, we save that code in your Kit profile. Kit also receives the signup page referrer and supported UTM campaign details so we can understand which sources bring readers to the list. We do not keep a local referral or campaign history.
Approximate location and connection data
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the IP address used to connect to this site. Where Cloudflare provides both a city and country estimate, the signup sends that approximate location to Kit in a custom field called “location.” The estimate may be incomplete or inaccurate. If either value is unavailable, we leave the field blank. We do not send your raw IP address to Kit or store it in AI MasterHub application data.
Cloudflare may process connection details for network security and may retain logs under the settings of the services used to operate this site. Cloudflare Turnstile may also process information needed to check that a signup is not automated. The exact account-level log settings will be confirmed before public signups open. Kit may separately infer location from interactions with its emails, such as opens or clicks.
Approximate location is used for geographically relevant email and future event outreach. AI MasterHub does not use it to infer other personal traits or publish subscriber location data.
Your choices
Every AI MasterHub mailing includes an unsubscribe link. You can use it at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your Kit profile, contact us:
For details about Kit’s handling of subscriber information, see Kit’s privacy policy.
AI MasterHub may grow into a broader community with collaboration and events. Those features are not part of this mailing list signup, and this notice will be updated before any new personal data is collected for them.
